CVXPy visitors for core expression types.

Visitors: Constant, Parameter, NodeReference

Lowers the leaf value nodes that bottom out expression recursion. Constant wraps its value in a cp.Constant; Parameter resolves by name through the lowerer's variable_map, which may bind it to a cp.Parameter for recompilation-free parameter sweeps or to a fixed constant; NodeReference indexes a full-trajectory variable (N, n_x) / (N, n_u) at a fixed node, which is how cross-node constraints reach across the time grid. Unlike the JAX backend, compound-expression node references are not yet supported here.
