Parser handlers for linear algebra operations.

Handlers: Norm, Sum, Diag, Inv, Transpose

Each handler is registered under its function name via @function and turns the call-syntax form (e.g. Norm(x, 2)) that the Pratt parser encounters in an expression string into the corresponding linear-algebra Expr node, forwarding options such as the norm order.
