LaTeX visitors for array expressions.

Visitors: Index, Concat, Stack, Hstack, Vstack

Renders the array construction and indexing AST nodes to LaTeX: the joining nodes build bmatrix blocks, and Index renders as a subscript. Indexing uses merge_subscript so an index on a role-prefixed variable comma-merges into the existing subscript group (x_{\mathrm{velocity}} -> x_{\mathrm{velocity},0}) rather than emitting a double subscript. Block has no LaTeX visitor — the notation is only defined for the flat array constructors.
