Parser handlers for array manipulation operations.

Handlers: Concat, Stack, Hstack, Vstack, Block

Each handler is registered under its function name via @function and turns the call-syntax form (e.g. Stack(a, b)) that the Pratt parser encounters in an expression string into the corresponding array-construction Expr node, validating argument counts as it goes.
