Lowers the :mod:~openscvx.symbolic.expr.stljax disjunction to a JAX function that evaluates robustness through the external stljax library, as opposed to the in-house GMSR STL backend in :mod:openscvx.symbolic.lowerers.jax.stl. Each predicate contributes a robustness signal (rhs - lhs for a constraint, positive when satisfied, or a recursively lowered nested STL expression); these become stljax predicates combined by stljax.formula.Or, whose robustness is positive when at least one predicate holds.
